DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF FIBROMYALGIA SYNDROME

Resume

Fibromyalgia syndrome is a chronic condition that causes pain, stiffness, and soreness in muscles, tendons, and joints. It is also characterized by restless sleep, fatigue, fatigue, anxiety, depression, and impaired bowel function. The etiology of fibromyalgia remains unknown, but recent advances and discoveries have helped unravel some of the mysteries of the disease. Research highlights some of the biochemical, metabolic, and immunoregulatory abnormalities associated with fibromyalgia. The management of is currently very complex, as it has multiple etiological factors and a psychological predisposition; however, a patient-centered approach is needed to address this problem.
