PROPHYLAXIS OF PREMATURE BIRTHS BY CYTOKINES IDENTIFICATION

Resume

The cytokine profile of blood serum of women with early premature births, threat of abortion and physiological pregnancy is investigated. Correlative relationship between indicators of cytokine profile within the investigated groups is established, characteristic of the most significant cytokines concerning the studied problem is performed. The content of IL-1β, IL-10, TNF, antagonist of IL-1β receptors, interferon alpha (IFN-α), (IFN-γ) were defined by IFA method. It is established that content of IL-1 β, IL-10,   IFN-α,   in blood serum raises in various degree at threatened miscarriage in comparison with similar values at physiological pregnancy. The raised level of    1β, IL-10, TNF,   indicator in blood serum during pregnancy indicates the development of complications of pregnancy and can be used as nonspecific marker for early diagnostics of miscarriage.
