IMPROVING THE METHODS OF TREATMENT OF MASSIVE OBSTETRIC BLEEDING

Resume

With the advent of modern clotting factor concentrates, we have the opportunity to control bleeding, avoiding the occurrence of such formidable complications. We analyzed the possibility of using a new concentrate of the prothrombin complex Octaplex in obstetric practice and we can say that the inclusion of this drug in the treatment regimen for massive bleeding has a number of significant advantages over the standard treatment regimen.
