BIOCHEMICAL MARKERS OF SPONTANEOUS MISSION IN THE FIRST TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY

Resume

A habitual miscarriage is considered to be the presence in the anamnesis of a woman in a row of 3 or more spontaneous abortions in a period of up to 22 weeks. Spontaneous miscarriage (SWV) is the most common complication of early pregnancy, with an incidence ranging from 8 to 20%. Up to 80% of miscarriages occur in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. All of the above conditions are the outcome of a decompensated form of primary placental insufficiency (PN), which is based on a history of violations of the processes of implantation and placentation. The issues of forecasting, early diagnosis and determination of risk groups, ways of preventing placental insufficiency and its bed by determining markers remain unresolved: changes in blood flow in the uterine arteries, disorders of the blood lipid transport system, their role in the formation of cell membranes, synthesis of steroid hormones, violation of system parameters blood clotting, indicators of inflammation in women with a history of reproductive losses, and causes of repeated reproductive losses. The solution of this problem is important for practical obstetrics.
