A NEW APPROACH TO SOLVING THE PROBLEMS OF REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH OF WOMEN IN UZBEKISTAN

Resume

The article is devoted to the study of the reproductive functions of women, ensuring their increased reproductive potential, identifying new ways to prevent and treat infertility. It has been established that about 80% of respondents would like to have three or more children, and only half of the citizens surveyed know that the interval between births should be at least three years. Purpose of the study: To explore new ways to increase fertility and prevent infertility. Materials and methods of the study: 546 women of childbearing age married for more than 6 years without children were taken for the study. There is an algorithm for the treatment and examination of such women. It begins with a survey of complaints, an anamnesis of the disease and life. Laboratory tests affecting the complete blood count, sex hormones follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, estradiol, progesterone, total testosterone. Results and discussion: 10.8% of women were diagnosed with endometriosis. Three main methods were used in the treatment: drugs (agonists of gonadotropin-releasing hormone, progestogens, aromatase inhibitors), surgical (separation of adhesions, checking the patency of the fallopian tubes, removal of endometriosis lesions). This led to pregnancy in 77.6% of women. 30.8% became pregnant after restoring the patency of the fallopian tubes. Conclusions: for any etiology, the patient should not treat infertility for years. The longer the duration of infertility. The worse the results of subsequent treatment. Infertility is a multifactorial disease that provides for complex treatment with a spouse and a specialist in this field. Counseling, examination and treatment should be carried out together, only then the result can be as positive as possible.
