This article analyzes the data of the Republican Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of the World and Public Health in order to determine the factors affecting the incidence of COVID-19 in the Republic of Uzbekistan. According to the analysis, the incidence of COVID-19 in the Republic of Uzbekistan is higher in regions with a population of less than 1.1 million, an area of than 40 km2, and where 10-12% of the total population is elderly. There is also an assumption that the factors affecting the incidence rate are the level of strict adherence to quarantine rules, the customs of the region, and the number of family members.
