Resume

In some clinics, advanced technology of continuous video surveillance of embryo development has been introduced, the system is based on the use of innovative time-lapse technology, during which each embryo is photographed with a given frequency from the moment of fertilization and throughout the incubation period [7,8,9]. The aim of the study. Optimization of the in vitro fertilization program with a differentiated approach to the use of time-lapse technology or video surveillance of embryo development. In the study groups with video surveillance, higher hCG(+)/CNB results were obtained and the difference between these indicators is minimal, which indicates the high quality of embryos that are selected for transfer (IVF 36.7±6%/34.3±7.1% using video surveillance and 42.5±7.4%/36±6.7% without video surveillance; ICSI 30.1±6.6%/24.1±5% using video surveillance and 35±6.6%/25.3±4.9% without video surveillance). In the group of older reproductive age (36+ years), time lapse technology demonstrates even higher significance. The difference between the indicators of hCG(+) / CNB 34.7±8.1% / 30.5±4.6% is minimal in the group with video surveillance. 36The analysis of morphokinetic parameters of preimplantation embryo development allows selecting competent embryos for transfer to the uterine cavity and cryopreservation.

Keywords: assisted reproductive technologies, infertility, elective blastocyst transfer, time-lapse microscopy, morphokinetics.
