Resume
The article highlights the main data in conducting a confidential investigation of maternal mortality in recent years. The main causes of maternal mortality from obstetric hemorrhage arereflected. In particular, the role of risk factors, the role of the infusion program and methods of surgical hemostasis are described. Recommendations for the prevention and treatment of bleeding in the latest studies of evidence-based medicine are given.
