THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SURGICAL TREATMENT IN WOMEN WITH GENITAL PROLAPSE IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE ANDIJAN PERINATAL CENTER

Resume

This article discusses the fact that genital prolapse (GP) is a syndrome of isolation or joint insufficiency of the pelvic organs and the pelvic floor, can be expressed as a syndrome of perineal insufficiency, cystourethrocele, rectocele, prolapse of the uterus, rectum and intestines. In addition, this article mentions a general practitioner with GP in women, the quality of life significantly worsens, negatively affects sexual health, reduces performance, leads to functional disorders of the genital and urinary systems, gastrointestinal tract. In addition, the article provides data on epidemiological indicators – the prevalence of GP in women ranges from 11.4 to 41% and tends to increase with age. The article shows that the purpose of surgical treatment of GPNI is as follows: to get rid of the symptoms; at the same time to restore the normal anatomical position of the organs involved in prolapse, eliminate all violations in the structure of the pelvis; restore the function of the pelvic organs; use a minimum number of minimally invasive surgical interventions and prevent relapses of this disease, which occurs in 45-60% of cases after the operation.
