Resume

The problem of psoriasis is one of the most relevant pathologies in modern dermatology.
An analysis of the incidence of psoriasis for 2015-2021 in the Republic of Karakalpakstan showed that there is an increase in the number of patients with psoriasis. The largest number of patients with psoriasis was found in the city of Nukus and in the Turtkul and Taktakupyr regions. Low rates were in the Nukus region, Kanlykul, Muynak and Amu Darya regions. Analysis of the age composition revealed a high incidence among the age group over 15 years. According to the gender composition, a predominance of the number of female patients in 2015-2016 and an increase in the number of male patients from 2017 to this year were found.
The study showed the need for serious research to identify the causes of an increase in the incidence of patients with psoriasis in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the search for features of pathogenesis, the possibilities of new methods of treatment.
