Resume

The imbalance of inflammatory markers in myocardial infarction causes inadequate processes of necrosis formation, destruction, repair, and can affect the course and prognosis of the disease. The study of the dynamics of C-reactive protein and cytokines (INF-γ, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10) in patients with myocardial infarction. It was found that based on the levels and dynamics of C-reactive protein and cytokines, it is possible to predict the course of the disease, as well as its immediate and long-term prognosis. In the complicated course of myocardial infarction, a significant increase in the concentrations of C-reactive protein, IL-8, IL-10, IL-4, INF-γ, and IL-6 was found on the 1st day of the disease. Excessively low values of INF-γ and IL-6 are associated with an unfavorable long-term outcome, up to lethal.
