Resume
The aim of the study was to study the correlation between risk factors, clinical, hormonal, immunological parameters in the Uzbek population with APS.
From 2020 persons suffering from various endocrine and somatic diseases, the authors selected 258 patients who were divided into the following groups: 1 gr. – patients with APS-2 type – 188 patients, which were divided into 3 subgroups: group 1a – patients with diabetes 1 – 30 persons, group 1b – patients with CNN – 32, group 1c – patients with AIT – 56 patients .
2 gr. – patients with damage to non-endocrine organs – 70 patients, who were also divided into 2 subgroups: 2a gr. – 30 patients with vitiligo, 2b gr. – 40 patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were drawn:
1. Between the antibodies to the P450S21 there was a high correlation connection with Azlo in 1A, 1 B, 1 C and 2 B groups, with CRC in all groups and DEAS, cortisol in 1 B group. With the level of Renin, antibodies to the P450S21 had a negative correlation connection.
2. Between the Gad/IA-2 there was a high correlation connection with ALO in 1A group, with SRB in all groups.
3. Waiting for the IL-21 interleukin, there was a high correlation connection with Azlo in a 2B group, with SRB in the 2nd group.
4. Between the AT-K TPO, there was a high correlative connection with Azlo in the 1st group, with CRB in the 2nd b group.
Key words: autoimmune polyghandular syndrome, hormones, antibodies
