Jumaeva M.F., Bukhara State Medical Institute
Resume
Hepatorenal syndrome is a progressive renal failure that develops against a background of severe liver disease with liver failure and portal hypertension syndrome. This pathology is relevant, because the life prognosis for it is extremely unfavorable. The average survival period for hepatorenal syndrome type I is 10-14 days, and for type II – 15-30 days, regardless of the class of the disease according to Childe-Pugh.
Key word: Hepatorenal syndrome, the frequency of occurrence of cirrhosis of the liver of various etiologies
