STUDYING THE VOLUME AND INTENSITY OF BLOOD LOSS FROM THE SKIN WOUND ON THE BACKGROUND OF THE EXPERIMENTAL MODEL OF DRUG HYPOCOAGULATION

Umarov D.A., Urgench branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy

Resume

The authors of the article set themselves the goal of evaluating the effectiveness of the «Hemoben» application hemostatic agent in an experimental model of a skin wound against the background of drug-induced hypocoagulation and studying the features of local hemostasis using «Hemoben» gel on a model of anal sphincter dissection in rats.

The subject of the study were 72 male white rats that were experimented in the Department of Experimental Surgery of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Surgery named after Academician V. Vakhidov for 2020-2021 In animals on the background of drug hypocoagulation in the control group, electrocoagulation of bleeding areas was performed for the purpose of hemostasis from the site of the dissected anal sphincter. Subsequently, an ointment turunda is left. In the experimental group of animals, hemostasis was achieved by leaving gauze turunda impregnated with «Hemoben» hemostatic gel. The application of the hemostatic agent «Hemoben» on the skin wound of experimental animals under the conditions of the drug hypocoagulation model helped to reduce the period for achieving final hemostasis and eliminates the risk of recurrent bleeding.

Key words: experimental study, animal anus wound, drug hypocoagulation, «Hemoben»
