Resume

The aim of the study: to conduct a comparative assessment of various methods of heterotopic autotransplantation of the spleen by conducting experimental studies aimed at the effectiveness of engraftment and functioning of the spleen in the form of “minced meat” and in the form of fragments of organ tissues.

Research material. For a comparative evaluation of various approaches to GATS, we conducted experimental studies on 12 outbred white rats.

Results. The conducted morphological studies have shown that when an autograft is placed in the form of spleen fragments, the implant is attached at an earlier time than when using “minced meat”. When using “minced meat” at a later date, tissue separation is morphologically marked with the formation of red and white pulp. According to morphological studies, functionally, even with the use of spleen fragments, earlier restoration of lost spleen functions is noted.
