Resume

Introduction. The problem of studying the microdelias of Y chromosome, including AZF’s locus in children and adolescents, is relevant, however, there are very few corresponding studies in the literature. The purpose of the study is to study the spectrum of microdelias of the chromosomes, including the analysis of the structure of the AZF -Lokus and deletion of the SRY gene in boys and adolescents with complicated forms of cryptorchidism (K).Materials and methods in 5 boys and adolescents conducted a general clinical, general and special andrological study, cytogenetic, molecular genetic examination (PCR), magnetic resonance imaging The results.   High effectiveness (in 3 out of 5 cases) detection of microdeleciya of Y chromosomes with AZF Lokus deeds in the presented patients indicates the need to continue research in this direction and recommendation to expand the testing of the AZF of the AZF Lokus Y chromosome of boys and adolescents with sexual developmental disorders . Conclusions.  The high effectiveness of detection of  microdeleciya    in the presented patients indicates the need to continue research in this direction and recommendations for expanding the testimony of testing AZF Locus Y Chromosomes of boys and adolescents with puberty developmental development.

Key words: AZF-Lock, Y chromosome of deletion, hypogonadism, cryptorchidism, fertility.
