Resume

The problem of the difficulty of ensuring the patency of the upper respiratory tract during reconstructive plastic surgery of the neck region at various degrees after burn changes in the neck region has not been fully resolved in modern anesthesiological practice of an anesthetist. To do this, it is necessary to develop a unified approach and standard for assessing the degree of violation of the anatomy of the cervical region, which can help in determining the degree of difficulty of intubation and thus help develop measures to prevent possible complications of tracheal intubation during anesthetic management of reconstructive plastic surgery.
