In the treatment of vertebrobasilar system ischemia caused by vertebral artery syndrome, pay attention to the pathogenesis, clinical and neurological features of the disease, consider effective examination and treatment methods, improve the quality of medical care for patients, find effective methods of rehabilitation, improve the existing algorithm, develop a single principle of patient management. the need to get out was the basis for our choice of the topic of this study.
