ASSESSMENT OF INTRACARDIAC HEMODYNAMICS IN VARIOUS HEMODYNAMIC TYPES OF CHRONIC HEART FAILURE

Resume

Renal fibrosis markers were evaluated over time to study specific changes in the kidneys in patients with various types of hemodynamics and functional classes of chronic heart failure with anemia and to evaluate the effectiveness of complex treatment. The marker of renal fibrosis TGF-b1 in the blood was 2591.0±108.4 and 755.0±18.87 pg/ml (р˂0.01), respectively, in chronic heart failure and anemia. This indicated a fibrous process in the kidneys. After complex treatment with the addition of iron, TGF-b1 decreased by 2.25 times (p˂0.01), the clinical condition, quality of life and resistance to physical activity changed significantly.
