OBSTETRIC OUTCOMES IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH VARIOUS TYPES OF INJURIES

Resume

Obstetric outcomes were studied in 52 pregnant women with various types of injuries (road accidents, catatrauma, household trauma and burns) depending on the gestation period over the past 2 years in the Nukus branch of the RNCEMP. The gestation period of the victims was as follows: 18 (34.6%) were injured in the first trimester, 21 (40.4%) in the second trimester and 13 (25.0%) pregnant women in the third trimester. There were 19 (36.5%) first–time pregnancies, and 33 (63.5%) second-time pregnancies. A high frequency of spontaneous miscarriage and termination of pregnancy is observed in pregnant women in the 1st trimester (38.8%), while in pregnant women in the 2nd trimester this indicator is (33.3%), despite the fact that in the 3rd trimester a low percentage of perinatal losses (15.4%) is noted.
