SIGNIFICANCE OF PATHOMORPHOLOGICAL STRUCTURE IN THE TREATMENT OF LUMBAR SPONDILITIS

Resume

In this study, devoted to the study of the pathomorphology of spinal injuries, a section of the vertebral bone was taken, consisting of the articular surface, vertebral disc, annulus fibrosus, and nucleus accumbens. Our topographic and morphological study of the upper spine can be an effective treatment for lumbar spondylitis of the spine. The microscopic structure of the topographic and morphological state of the osteoarticular part of the spine and spinal disc was studied and it was noted that this scientific work corresponds to the priority areas of scientific research of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Synchondrosis of the spine is densely covered with a disc on the upper and lower articular surfaces. The inner surface of the disc is quite thick, and a layer twice as thin as the thick part surrounds the fibrous surface, consisting of dense collagen fibers. Spondylitis is topographically different in different parts of the bone tissue, which is confirmed by microscopic examination of its histological structure.
