Resume

The article discusses the study of the prevalence, dynamics and regional causes of testicular diseases in children living in the Turkestan region. Hygienic, clinical and statistical methods were used in the research materials and methods. When assessing the long-term dynamics of morbidity indicators, the average annual growth rate was calculated. Based on the rating indicators of the epidemiological danger of diseases, mapping was carried out. The selection of the child population for medical examination was carried out by a selective method with randomization elements and using a computer program of a random number generator. A survey of the indigenous population of the territories was conducted. Results the results of the analysis of the incidence of testicular diseases in children of the Turkestan region in 2018-2022 are presented. It is established that testicular diseases in children are characterized by a pronounced tendency to increase. An unfavorable forecast was calculated: in the next five years, congenital malformations of the testicles are expected to increase by 3 times in children, by 2 times in adolescents; hydrocele – by 2.5 times. The reasons for the development of diseases of the testicles are: high frequency of birth defects, unfavorable anthropogenic conditions and weather and climatic conditions in some regions, poor nutrition, soft mineral water in water supply systems, lack of many biogenic elements. Knowledge of objective data on morbidity made it possible to make informed management decisions regarding the implementation of the scientific program for the formation of risk groups and early detection of testicular pathology in the Turkestan region using predictive assessment tables for neonatal screening.
