Resume

As a result of the study, the authors made no conclusions: The detection of malignant pleural effusion is an absolute indication for active treatment using surgical methods and induction of pleurodesis. And the method of treatment is chosen individually, however, the method of choice is thoracoscopy in the early stages of the disease with the induction of pleurodesis by surgical methods: pleurectomy, argon-plasma coagulation of the pleura.
