Resume

In patients with thyrotoxicosis, progression of CHF is accompanied by remodeling of the LV myocardium, which is characterized not only by structural restructuring of the LV, accompanied by cavity dilation, thinning of the cavity, and a decrease in myocardial contractility, but also by a change in the geometric shape of the LV.
