Resume

In this article has given an epidemiologic evidence, concerned to NVUGB, accented to last decade. It has held overview the main randomized researches, that held in the diagnostic of this formidable surgical complication. The authors described the tendency of rising the frequency of ulcer bleeding from over the world, despite of stabilization and decreasing of general morbidity. It has founded the factor of risks, unsolved problems, maintained the ways of improving the results of surgical treatment in this complicated pathology.
