Resume

Congenital defect of the septal wall of the heart ventricles are risk factors during pregnancy by the mother: acute respiratory viral infection in the first trimester of pregnancy (31.3%), anemia (22.9%), cytomegalovirus (14.6%), herpes virus (10.9%). ) was found to be encountered. 31-35-year-olds (33.3%), 36-40-year-olds (22.9%) and 26-30-year-olds made up 22.9% of women’s age groups as a risk factor. Ultrasound examination of the heart at the 20th week of gestation is important to detect defects in it. Congenital heart defect, increased amniotic fluid, shortness of tubular bones, it is necessary to undergo karyotyping of the fetus to rule out a chromosomal abnormality. Since the defect of the muscular part of the interventricular wall of the heart is often small, its detection at 28-38 weeks of gestation indicates that the diagnosis of this defect is difficult.
