CLINICAL AND NEUROLOGICAL PICTURE OF INTRACRANIAL HEMORRHAGES IN INFANT CHILDREN

By the authors, a comparative analysis of clinical and neurosonographic indicators of intracranial hemorrhages in infants revealed that there are some features regarding the time of hemorrhage in infants, noting the “age” of the greatest risk, that is, the average of 36.28±9.85 days of hemorrhage. allowed to implement within (p˂0.001). This, of course, requires vigilance and dynamic monitoring in the case of children with a number of risk factors. In addition, the analysis of the implementation of the diagnosis of bleeding showed that early gestational age is not always a risk of bleeding, because a combination of several factors must be present for its implementation. Signal clinical signs of hemorrhage in infants do not differ in their specificity, they are mainly accompanied by general neurological symptoms. When clinical signs are severe (15%) and changes are not evident in NSG (27%), it is advisable to conduct a more detailed examination using radiological diagnostic methods (CT, MRI) (taking into account the severity of the neurological condition).
