Resume

Risk factors are a congenital defect of the septal wall of the ventricles of the heart during pregnancy by a mother, SARS in the first trimester of pregnancy (31.3%), anemia (22.9%), cytomegalovirus (14.6%), herpes virus (10.9%). 31-35 years old (33.3%), 36-40 years old (22.9%) and 26-30 years old accounted for 22.9% of female age groups as a risk factor. Ultrasound examination of the heart at 20 weeks of gestation is important to detect defects in it. Congenital heart disease, an increase in amniotic fluid, shortening of the tubular bones, it is necessary to carry out karyotyping of the fetus to exclude a chromosomal abnormality. Since the defect in the muscular part of the interventricular wall of the heart is often small, its detection at 28-38 weeks of gestation indicates the difficulty in diagnosing this defect.
