Resume

This article discusses the experience of managing pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period in women with diseases of the cardiovascular system. The data on the management of pregnant women with the most common diseases of the cardiovascular system in pregnant women and the tactics of their management are presented.

Keyword. Pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum period, congenital and acquired heart diseases, perinatal mortality, caesarean section, heart valves, abortion, early delivery, and delivery standards.
