Resume
The article presents modern views on rational therapy for atopic dermatitis in children. The issues of the use of antihistamines and topical anti-inflammatory drugs are discussed. Among the latter, special attention is paid to methylprednisolone. The analysis of the use of methylprednisolone aceponate in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children was carried out. It also provides research data on the effect of the desloratadine on the course of atopic dermatitis in children. It has been shown that the inclusion of the drug in the complex therapy of atopic dermatitis in children provides a rapid clinical effect.
