Resume

Electrokaryographic parameters of newborns depend on hemodynamic, anthropometric and extracardiac factors. The contribution of the above factors to the variability of ECG parameters in newborns remains poorly understood. This article presents the results of studying the ECG parameters of newborns depending on the health status of children and their mothers. The amplitude-index values of the ECG of newborns are presented, depending on the gestational age and on the relationship with anthropometric parameters. It was revealed that the ECG parameters of newborns in the neonatal period are dynamic parameters and are largely due to hemodynamic changes in the systemic and pulmonary circulation.
