GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MICROFLORA OF DIFFERENT FORMS OF ANSINORITH IN CHILDREN

Resume

On the basis of the study of the authors showed a large bacterial contamination and a high association of microflora in the purulent-atrophic form of sinusitis. The results of the study of the bacterial flora of the pathological discharge of the paranasal sinuses in the purulent form showed the predominance of staphylococcus, and in the purulent-atrophic form of sinusitis, the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, gram-negative rods dominates. There is a tendency for the role of E. coli and gram-negative bacillus to increase in both forms of sinusitis. The result of the study was the development of a targeted prescription of effective treatment based on these data.
