Objective: to study the relationship between the genotypes of the virulent Ice A gene of H. pylori bacteria and the genotypic features of the G681A polymorphism of the CYP2C19 gene in patients with acid-dependent diseases (ADD) and their effect on clinical manifestations, as well as the results of pharmacotherapy of these diseases.

Materials and methods: a comprehensive and molecular genetic examination of patients with CVD was carried out for the polymorphism of the G681A polymorphism of the CYP2C19 gene and the virulent Ice A gene of H. pylori bacteria. Results: show that of the genotypes of the H. pylori bacterium among patients with CCZ, the Ice A1/Ice A1 genotype is more often recorded. In patients with the heterozygous GA(CYP2C19*1/*2) genotype containing “wild” and “mutant” alleles, the presence of the studied bacterial genotypes was the greatest. Eradication therapy was the most successful and recovery was observed in 92% of cases in patients with the presence of H. pylori bacteria with the Ice A1/Ice A1 genotype. Conclusions: the Ice A1/Ice A1 genotype of the virulent gene of the Ice bacterium of H. pylori infection is detected in patients with CCZ more often, and this bacterium genotype is more often associated with the “wild” allelic variant of the G681A polymorphism of the CYP2C19 gene, which indicates the influence of genotypes of both the patient and the patient. and bacteria on the results of SCZ pharmacotherapy. In patients with the presence of the Ice A1/Ice A1 genotype of the virulent Ice bacterium H. pylori infection eradication therapy was successful and recovery was in the greatest cases. Genotyping of both the patient and H. pylori bacteria have individual characteristics, which indicates the personification of pharmacotherapy.

Key words: H. pylori virulent Ice A1 gene, genotypes, acid-dependent diseases of the digestive system, personification of pharmacotherapy, CYP2C19 gene
