FEATURES OF CHANGES IN THE INDICATORS OF THE ENDOTHELIAL SYSTEM IN PATIENTS WITH DIFFUSE TOXIC GOITER

Resume

It was revealed that the average data on the activity of enzymes of the endothelial system in the course of research were represented by multipolar values, which in the dynamics of the postoperative period changed their character of significance with an approach to normal values only on the 7th day after surgery. The nature of changes in the content of various substrates of the metabolism of nitroxidergic homeostasis showed heterogeneity of changes. Compensatory changes aimed at utilization of products of the nitroxidergic regulation system, as our observations showed, had a differentiated character. Prolongation of the terms of conservative therapy of diffuse toxic goiter contributes to the inhibition of changes in this functional activity. The deviation in the physiological parameters in the endothelial system, which we found in the dynamics after surgery, in our opinion is of a natural nature.
