Resume
The article presents the results of histomorphological studies of 33 operated patients with aseptic necrosis of the femoral head who had COVID-19 infections.
According to the results of this study, it can be indicated that microthrombosis and impaired nutrition of bone tissue can lead to the development of osteonecrosis when endotoxin viruses are exposed to endothelial structures, which are accompanied by the development of inflammation of the vascular wall, as well as increased blood clotting under the influence of pro-inflammatory factors.
Keywords: aseptic necrosis of the femoral head, COVID-19 infection.
