Resume

The article reviews the literature on clinical and laboratory manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of hereditary microspherocytic hemolytic anemia. The results of personal observations of a patient treated in the clinic of the Bukhara State Medical Institute.

Key words: Hereditary microspherocytic hemolytic anemia, jaundice, reticulocytosis, indirect bilirubin.
