Resume
In this research work, using the methods of optical and scanning electron microscopy, the processes of forming homogeneous pores on the surface of aluminum by electrochemical anodization and the processes of microcrystals and formation using pulsed laser radiation were studied. In particular, aluminum samples were anodized in 0.3 M oxalic acid solution for 40 minutes at 20÷40 Volts, two-step anodization processes were carried out. In this case, unevenly distributed pores on the irregular surface are formed, and the laser energy is 0.6 mJ, the wavelength is 266 nm, and the repetition frequency is 50 Hz. observed the formation of uniformly oriented and uniformly distributed and ordered microcrystalline lattices on the surface of the metal sample.
