NEW APPROACHES TO THE DIAGNOSIS OF MISCARRIAGE IN THE FIRST TRIMESTER

Resume

According to modern literature, the article presents a set of topical issues of obstetrics, gynecology, immunology and immunohistochemistry and is modern in the context of ongoing comprehensive research.  Immunohistochemical and ultrastructural features of endometrium in cases of infertility and miscarriage are important for anatomopathological diagnostics and gynaecological practice. The information on expression of steroid receptors, notably the proteins which regulate cell cycle, are important diagnostic signs of chronic endometritis, which enable to formulate a pathological conclusion about bioptic materials at a new level. Immunohistochemistry gives a possibility of a more accurate diagnostics and effectiveness control of hormonal treatment, it also provides an individual approach to patients, consequently it allows to optimize a scheme of hormonal treatment.
