FREQUENCY AND CLINIC OF CHRONIC VIRAL HEPATITIS B, C, D AMONG PREGNANT WOMEN

Resume

Chronic hepatitis is one of the most important directions of the healthcare system. This is the most common of all liver diseases. According to WHO, hundreds of millions of people worldwide are infected with viral hepatitis. As a result of our research, all hepatitis B, C, D amounted to 567-52.7%. During pregnancy, hepatitis B occurred in 39.8%, hepatitis C in 10% and hepatitis D in 2.1%. Pregnant women especially turned to hospitalization for hepatitis (B, C, D) at the 29-36th week of pregnancy. And also, with hepatitis C applied for hospitalization in the second trimester of pregnancy was high. The hepatitis B clinic was mild, pregnancy complications predominated. The hepatitis C clinic showed a moderate severity of the disease and a high incidence of pregnancy complications associated with it. The clinic of hepatitis B, D showed that the disease is severe, the complications of pregnancy increase due to the duration of pregnancy.
