BIOCHEMICAL PREDICTORS IN WOMEN AT RISK OF PRETERM BIRTH AND WITH PRETERM BIRTH

L.V. Sarkisova Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina Uzbekistan

Resume

Despite all the efforts of scientific and practical obstetrics, the frequency of preterm birth has not decreased over the past decades and remains one of the main pressing problems of modern obstetrics. Timely comprehensive biochemical screening of pregnant women at risk of miscarriage and, in particular, with preterm birth will allow timely resolution of obstetric tactics in order to reduce perinatal losses.

Key words: preterm birth, risk factors, biochemical markers, hematological factors, alpha-1-microglobulin
