Resume
Fetal growth restriction remains a challenge with significant variation in clinical practice worldwide. Different etiopathogenetic causes of early and late fetal growth restriction with their distinct progression of fetal severity and outcomes, exacerbated by doctors and patients’ anxiety, exacerbates the difficulties associated with its treatment. This article studied the features of the course of pregnancy and childbirth in pregnant women with fetal growth restriction syndrome, the results of assessing the condition of newborns.
Key words: Fetal growth restriction syndrome, preconception preparation
