Resume

The article highlights the problems of selecting individualized dietary recommendations for modern athletes. Variants of diets identified on the basis of DNA testing of highly qualified athletes of managerial sports and martial artists were determined. A comparative analysis of the anthropometric, functional, clinical and laboratory data of athletes, as well as their general and physical fitness based on the diets recommended to them, developed using the study of polymorphism of the ADRB2, ADRB3, PPARAG2, FABP2 genes, is given.
