Resume

The publication presents a review of the literature, which reflects the development of hygienic preventive measures for reasons predisposing to bronchial asthma in work conditions. A brief historical excursion into the study of the problem of bronchial asthma is presented. Data from epidemiological studies on bronchial asthma in the world are presented.

Key words: bronchial asthma, mental disorders, perinatal damage to the central nervous system, neurological diseases.
