Resume

The multiorgan’s of symptoms in some cases causes difficulties in the diagnosis of APS. This is due to the heterogeneity of pathogenetic mechanisms, polymorphism of clinical manifestations, as well as the lack of reliable clinical and laboratory parameters that allow predicting the recurrence of thrombotic disorders.
