THERAPY OF PSYCHOLOGICAL STATE COMPLICATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES AFTER COVID-19

Resume

A new coronavirus, called SARS-CoV-2, has spread rapidly among the human population. Although the main manifestation of the disease is the defeat of the respiratory system, cardiovascular complications also often develop. Adverse cardiovascular complications such as myocarditis, acute myocardial infarction and heart failure have been reported in patients with COVID-19. It should also be noted that patients with chronic cardiovascular diseases have a worse prognosis of the course and outcome of the disease. Summing up, we can say that by using fluoxetine in the complex therapy of the treatment of cardiovascular diseases after suffering SARS-CoV-2, we not only improve the quality of life and the psychological status of the patient, but also reduce the cost of expensive medications.
