Resume

There are no specific changes in the liver of fetuses with COVID-19. Pathological changes in the liver characteristic of the HELLP syndrome continue with the development of hemorrhage and subcapsular hematoma, periportal necrosis and fibrin accumulation, fatty degeneration of hepatocytes, nephrosis with hemoglobinuria.
