Resume

This article is devoted to the study of the relationship between antenatal risk factors and postnatal changes in kidney function in newborns, which are of great importance for health authorities in the organization of neonatological and nephrological services. The proposed markers and diagnostic method allow early diagnosis of renal circulation disorders in newborns and, accordingly, prevention of nephrolithiasis, pyelonephritis and tubulo-interstitial kidney damage, which ultimately reduces the incidence of chronic kidney disease.
