OPTIMIZATION OF EARLY VERTICALIZATION IN PATIENTS IN THE ACUTE PERIOD OF ISCHEMIC STROKE

Pulotov Sadriddin Sayfullayevich  Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina

Resume

One of the methods of early rehabilitation in the acute period of stroke is the implementation of passive verticalization using a rotary table. 188 stroke patients were included in the study. Patients were studied in 4 groups and verticalization practice was carried out for 10 days, starting from 2 days. In accordance with pathogenetic types of ischemic stroke, elevation angles were determined during passive verticalization and the days of starting verticalization were determined. Passive verticalization with the help of a rotary table can be used as one of the components of early rehabilitation, which helps to expand and improve the functional capabilities of the patient.

Key words: stroke, rehabilitation, passive tilting.
