Resume

A study was conducted to study the characteristics of sexual development and measures of secondary prevention in patients with bronchiectasis (BED). The study included 52 boys with bronchiectasis aged 11 to 16 years with mental retardation. Cylindrical bronchiectasis was detected in 45 (87%) patients, and saccular bronchiectasis in 7 (13%) patients. It was revealed that BEB negatively affects the sexual development of boys. The pace of development of secondary sexual characteristics occurs gradually and does not end until the end of puberty. Contribute the complex staged secondary prevention proposed by us in children with to the improvement of both the underlying disease and sexual development.
