Resume
In the territory of Uzbekistan, congenital heart defects account for 2.8% of all defects, including 16.8% of congenital heart and vascular defects, interventricular and interventricular barrier defects. Bukhara region takes the 4th place in Uzbekistan by regions. In the case of Bukhara region, according to the prevalence of congenital heart defects, interventricular and interlobular barrier defects make up 24.7% of all congenital heart defects. Interventricular septal defect was studied mainly by age and gender, morphologically specific changes were studied. Based on the analysis of the obtained results, the development of different degrees of fibroelastosis in the left ventricular endocardium and right ventricular myocardial hypertrophy in the defect of the interventricular barrier was determined. The multifocal fibroelastosis foci in the endocardium in the defect of the interventricular barrier and interlobular barrier is characterized by the fact that the disease developed with another background disease.
